PLEASE NOTE: City of Hallandale Beach Ordinance does not permit the home to be occupied by more than 6 people if from different households. (A household is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau as all the people who occupy a single housing unit). Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.

Huge living area features game room with pool table. Other indoor features include a 60” TV and a superior sound system.
Free parking and WiFi. Canal Front, No Fixed Bridges, Ocean Access. Dry dock is inoperable, home does NOT have a pool/jacuzzi.
Outdoor features an amazing view of the Intracoastal with Deepwater access, and outdoor dining and BBQ area. Just 7 minutes away from the nearest public beach access at North City Beach Park this modern design home is the perfect getaway home for a large group. Come enjoy the best of South Florida in style!

We follow all local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well as a clearly posted notice stating the date and time that the house was last cleaned and sanitized. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in procedures, but we are here for you! For any questions or concerns about your stay, resources on COVID-19, and the strict procedures we follow to prepare this house in-between guests, please contact us directly by message. We will be happy to provide you all the information needed to set your mind at ease.
Important Booking Requirements & Information: - Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement.
- Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We provide toiletries, all linens and towels, dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and laundry detergent. - Self Check-In anytime with a digitally coded keypad entry. Check-In time is at 3pm or 4pm if housekeeping requires it. - Early check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee. - All guests are required to register themselves in the Visitors Log. Name and Phone number required for each guest. - Maximum Occupancy is Strict, FINES APPLY. - It is important that guests be vigilant of garbage pick-up days in order to avoid an accumulation of waste. All garbage must fit in the bins provided by the Waste Management Company, none is to be left on the ground. - Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required, they will call us with any complaints. City imposed noise citations WILL be charged back to guests. - Pets allowed with Maxima authorization. Pet fee applies for all except Certified Service Animals. A picture and proof of vaccinations also required. Owners are required to pick up after their pets. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances. - Pool heating requires an extra $25/day (depending on length of stay). Pools require heating time, prior notice necessary. If heater malfunctions, a refund of pool heating fee on any day not used but no refund on Nightly Rate not possible. - Cleaning service available for an extra cost. - Baby play pen & high chair available for $5/day rental fee, prior notice required for arranging delivery. - White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding home. - Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $1000 soft hold on credit card, and an extra 3.5%, non-refundable credit card processing fee on any credit card payments (just 2% if paid by debit). - Direct Maxima Bookings require a Signed Standard Rental Contract, Identification, and a picture of any card used as form of payment (only need last 4 numbers). - For all our properties and more details check out our site at www.maximavacation.com.
