“The inside space was lovely and clean. Many areas to gather for our party of 10. We had a baby, toddler, preschooler, and an older adult, and there was plenty of room to spread out. So many linens provided which was a big plus using the (2) sleeper sofa beds! Overall, we had a great experience. Easy and clear communication with check in & out."

Home is perfect for a large family getaway and is only 1.5 miles away from the historically famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.

There is so much to do in such a short distance! Local area features Gulfstream Park Racing-Casino-Village, Diplomat Golf and Tennis Club, the glamorous Aventura Mall, Ritzy Sunny Isles Beach and the Cultural Downtown Hollywood strip, all within a 5-15 minute drive.

This Gorgeous home is big enough to host 12 people, so much space for such a great Summer Value!

Impeccably decorated home features vaulted ceilings, marble & wood flooring throughout, and an Atrium. Gourmet Kitchen features Italian wood cabinets with granite countertops, gas stove, large island, and stainless steel appliances. Huge living area features game room with Air Hockey, Poker, and Ping Pong tables. Furnished outdoor patio features a charcoal BBQ, dining area, couches and a relaxing hammock. Oversized Heated pool ($25/day heating additional). Pool requires heating time, prior notice necessary.

Left side of the home has the Grand Master Suite with King Size Bed, his & hers California Closet, Grand Bathroom with Marble Shower and Roman Tub. Den/Office with a Queen size Sofa Bed and a 1/2 bathroom by Dining Area.

Right side of the home has TV area with Queen Size Sofa Bed, 1 Master bedroom with its private full bathroom, and 2 Guest bedrooms, each with Queen size bed and their own Tv's, shared full bathroom in hallway.

Booking Policies & Requirements:
- New Check-In time is at 3pm, unless there is a same day departure, then it would be at 4pm (subject to housekeeping availability).
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $1,000 refundable security deposit and an extra 3.5% credit card processing fee.
- Absolutely No Loud Gatherings or Parties Allowed. Home located in Private Noise Restricted Neioghborhood. Noise violation fines of $500 may be imposed by authorities if noise restriction is not obeyed..
- Absolutely No Smoking inside of the home, a $100 fine will be imposed if home smells of smoke.
- Pets are not allowed. - Cleaning Fee is for the home cleaning performed after your departure, not during. During stay cleanings are available for an extra fee. - TV input & cables are to be left in the same way they were found, if a game console is used please make sure all settings are set back to default prior to departure. - BBQ Propane refills are to be handled by guests. Empty tanks are to be taken to nearest provider and swapped for a full tank, receipts to be texted to management for refund.
