Completely remodeled unit features travetine floors, Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, recessed lighting, safe for personal items, and washer/dryer. Exterior features include a private deck & covered patio with bbq, stunning tropical enclave, lush landscaping surrounding a breath-taking shared pool, hammock, and fire pit. For the little ones, we have a pack-n-play, and high chair available for rent.

Only 19 minute drive to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and bars. 16 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Country Club, 23 minutes from the Jacaranda Golf Course, 20 minutes from the Inverrary Country Club, 12 minutes from the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale Mall.

A little about Fort Lauderdale, one of the World's Premier Beachfronts: The City of Fort Lauderdale boasts more than seven miles of sparkling beaches that offer residents and visitors premier opportunities for recreation, relaxation and enjoyment. The City’s award-winning wavewall and signature beachfront promenade highlight Fort Lauderdale’s world famous coastline, which is punctuated by an array of shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and entertainment venues. Beachgoers can participate in a wide range of activities from boating, wind surfing, jet skiing and volleyball to snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and rollerblading.

Or, if relaxation is what you desire, simply sit back, unwind and enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Fort Lauderdale Ocean Rescue supervises the two miles of continuous public beach from the South Beach Picnic Area up to and including the beach in front of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. In the guarded areas of the beach, there are 15 year-round, permanently staffed lifeguard towers spaced between 200 and 400 yards apart. There are also as many as 10 temporary-auxiliary stands that are used during the peak season, special events and holidays.

1) Unit 101 has 2 bedrooms/1 bath and is located in the stand-alone cottage towards back of property, right across from the pool area.
Building 2 (Duplex) -
2) Unit 102 has 2-bedrooms/1 bath and is located in the main building towards front of property.
3) Unit 103 has 2-bedrooms/1 bath and is located in the main building towards front of property.

Our property is clean, safe and ready for your arrival. We follow all local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well as a clearly posted notice stating the date and time that the house was last cleaned and sanitized. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in procedures, but we are here for you! For any questions or concerns about your stay, resources on COVID-19, and the strict procedures we follow to prepare this house in-between guests, please contact us directly by message. We will be happy to provide you all the information needed to set your mind at ease.

Booking Policies & Requirements:
- This property accepts back to back bookings.
- New Check-In time is at 3pm, unless there is a same day departure, then it would be at 4pm (subject to housekeeping availability).
- No events, parties or gatherings of any kind at this property.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $500 refundable security deposit and an extra 3.5% credit card processing fee.
- Absolutely No smoking inside of the unit, a $100 fine will be imposed if unit smells of smoke.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to book. - Pets are allowed, requirements include, pet fee, picture, and proof of vaccinations.

- Managed by experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between.
- Check-in anytime with electronic coded keypad at front door.
