Located in an upscale neighborhood of Victoria Park, one of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s historically designated private residences. It is within a 15 - 20 minute approximate walk from the Las Olas Boulevard restaurants and shopping, the Intercoastal, Riverwalk, Galleria Mall, Downtown, and the beach.

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The salt water pool is amazing! Palm trees line the entire length of one of its sides, providing the perfect amount of shade. The location is also ideal - just a few minutes’ drive to Las Olas, the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, etc. It’s tucked inside the Victoria Park neighborhood, so very safe as well. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!"

Featuring a surprisingly open and breezy floor plan this cozy, 1200+ Square feet abode has 2 bedrooms each with Queen bed and Roku TV, 1.5 modern bathrooms and an air mattress if available for 2 extra guests which allows this home to comfortably accomodate 5-6 guests. Free Parking and Free Wi-Fi. For the little ones, we have a pack-n-play, and high chair available for rent.

Amenities include: original oak flooring, fireplace, central A/C, Wi-Fi connectivity, complimentary wireless 4-color MFD (printer, copier, scanner), security system, keyless entry with 24HR check-in, and fully outfitted Washer and Dryer area in the Garage (garage is not available for guest parking), Parking available in homes driveway.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need – granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances – gas range, dishwasher, microwave / convection oven, refrigerator w/ice-maker – sink/disposal and filtered water.

The living room features a 50” Roku TV, DVD Player, and complimentary house DVD collection, including the complete works of Stanley Kubrick and Alfred Hitchcock.

The Backyard features a 48’ lap pool. Pool deck surrounded by a travertine marble patio lined with palm varities and privacy fence. (Pool heating is an additional $25/day).

Luxuries include: a new Weber Spirit 2 gas grille, convertible chaise lounge chairs, and covered dining area with 55” Roku TV and circulating fan.

The backyard is ideally suited to both entertaining and can comfortably accommodate engagements of up to 12 people – and relaxing evenings at home.

Our property is clean, safe and ready for your arrival. We follow all local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well as a clearly posted notice stating the date and time that the house was last cleaned and sanitized. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in procedures, but we are here for you! For any questions or concerns about your stay, resources on COVID-19, and the strict procedures we follow to prepare this house in-between guests, please contact us directly by message. We will be happy to provide you all the information needed to set your mind at ease.

Important Booking Requirements & Information:
- Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement.
- Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We provide toiletries, all linens and towels, dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and laundry detergent.
- Self Check-In anytime with a digitally coded keypad entry. Check-In time is at 3pm or 4pm if housekeeping requires it.
- Early check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee.
- All guests are required to register themselves in the Visitors Log. Name and Phone number required for each guest.
- Maximum Occupancy is Strict. Prior authorization from Management is required for any additional guests/visitors, $25/person fee applies.
- Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required, they will call us with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests.
- Absolutely NO smoking inside unit/home. $100-$200 fine applies if home/unit smells of smoke.
- Pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee, proof of vaccinations, and picture.
- Pool heating requires an extra $25/day (depending on length of stay). Pools require heating time, prior notice necessary. If heater malfunctions, a refund of pool heating fee on any day not used but no refund on Nightly Rate not possible.
- Cleaning service available for an extra cost.
- Baby play pen & high chair available for $5/day rental fee, prior notice required for arranging delivery.
- White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding home.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $1000 soft hold on credit card, and an extra 3.5% credit card processing fee on any credit card payments.
- Direct Maxima Bookings require a Signed Standard Rental Contract, Identification, and a picture of any card used as form of payment (only need last 4 numbers).
