This massive home is centrally located in Hallandale Beach which lies right between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale in a gated sought after community just a short distance away from Gulfstream Park Racing-Casino-Village, Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club, Relaxing Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, the glamorous Aventura Mall, and Ritzy Sunny Isles Beach, all within a 5-15 minute drive. The perfect location to experience everything that South Florida has to offer. There is so much to do in such a short distance!

Policies & Requirements:
- New Check-In time is at 3pm, unless there is a same day departure, then it would be at 4pm (subject to housekeeping availability).
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $1,000 refundable security deposit and an extra 3.5% credit card processing fee.
- Absolutely No Loud Gatherings or Parties Allowed. Home located in Private Noise Restricted Neioghborhood. Noise violation fines of $500 may be imposed by authorities if noise restriction is not obeyed.
- Absolutely No smoking inside of the unit, a $100 fine will be imposed if unit smells of smoke.
- Pets are allowed, requirements include, pet fee, picture, and proof of vaccinations.
