Super close to tons of restaurants, shopping, art galleries, the Intercoastal Waterway, Riverwalk, Galleria Mall, Downtown, and the Beach.
This 1200+ Square foot Gem boasts a Rare extremely private 46' Lap Pool and Hot Tub that turn into a spectacular colorful light show in the evenings. Stay here and enjoy a breezy floor plan, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, Queen Air mattress, Roku TV's throughout, 1 and a half bathrooms, Outdoor shower, Fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave / convection oven, refrigerator w/ice-maker, sink/disposal and filtered water. Private Driweway Parking, and Complimentary Wi-FI.
Amenities include: Fireplace, central A/C, wireless 4-color MFD (printer, copier, scanner), security system, keyless entry with 24HR check-in, fully outfitted Washer and Dryer area in the Garage (garage is not available for guest parking), and complimentary house DVD collection, including the complete works of Stanley Kubrick and Alfred Hitchcock. The backyard is completely fenced in, perfect for your dog to explore and features a Weber Spirit 2 Propane Grill & Adirondack convertible chaise lounge chairs.

Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We provide one set of toiletries per bathroom, the beds will be dressed with linens and blankets, bath towels and pool towels (if applicable), 1 full bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, 1 full bottle of hand soap per sink, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and a few laundry detergent pods.
The Maxima Team strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction! We are fully dedicated to our Guests and do everything within our power to make sure that our guests have the best experience. We work closely with the owners and are available 24/7 by phone/text/email.
Important Booking Requirements & Information:
- Maxima does NOT allow third party bookings. They require the person who places the booking to be the person staying at the property. - Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement. Bookings made directly through Maxima Vacations require a picture identification. - Self Check-In anytime with a digitally coded keypad door lock. Check-In time is at 4pm / Check-Out is at 10am. Early Check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee determined depending on the time. - Maximum Occupancy is Strict. Prior authorization from Management is required for any additional guests/visitors, $25/person fine applies. - Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required, they will call us/police with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests. - Absolutely NO smoking inside unit/home, windows/doors are to remain closed if smoking outside. $100-$200 fine applies if home/unit smells of smoke. - Pets allowed with Maxima prior authorization. Pet fee applies for all except Certified Service Animals. A picture and proof of vaccinations also required. Owners are required to pick up after their pets. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Pools are cleaned regularly on a weekly basis, occasionally heavy rains and strong winds will dirty the pools prior to guest arrival. An extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional cost to guest of $30. Also note that the pool cleaning does not include removing iguana mess from around the deck area. - Pool heating requires an extra $25/night (depending on length of stay), note that spa only heating is an extra $15/night. Pools require ample heating time, prior notice necessary. If heater malfunctions, a refund will be provided for any day pool heating was not functional but no refund on any portion of the Nightly Rate will be given. - Cleaning Fee is for the home cleaning performed after your departure, not during. During stay cleanings are available for an extra fee.
- TV input & cables are to be left in the same way they were found, if a game console is used please make sure all settings are set back to default prior to departure.
- BBQ Propane refills are to be handled by guests. Empty tanks are to be taken to nearest provider and swapped for a full tank, receipts to be texted to management for refund.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of all of their trash before their departure. It is also important that guests be vigilant of garbage pick-up days in order to avoid an accumulation of waste. Guests will be required to take out or bring in waste/recycle bins as needed accordingly to schedule. City imposed trash violations are possible and will be charged back to guests. - Baby play pen & high chair available for $5/night rental fee, prior notice required for arranging delivery.
- White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding weekly services, such as pool cleanings, or landscaping.
- Credit card payments processed by Maxima or for VRBO bookings are subject to a 7% non-refundable booking fee, taxes excluded.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $1000 security deposit soft hold (not a charge) on the renters credit card which will be processed one (1) day prior to arrival. - Maxima/VRBO bookings also require a Signed standard Rental Contract. 25% deposit required. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival.

I would highly recommend staying here! It was such a cute place; very clean and the pool was great!! The location was also great! Every morning, we took a run through the cute neighborhood. I will definitely be back!
