Devine by the Sea is a 3 unit Boutique rental, shared property features 2 interconnected buildings with 3 Private Condo units in total. Option to rent entire building for a 15 person group available. (Formerly Bee by the Sea)
Property is located directly across the street from the beautiful white sand public access beach of the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea entertainment district. Just a quick one block stroll to restaurants, shopping, and fishing pier. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (LBTS) is a charming beachside village known for keeping a small town feel while surrounded by all the action of Fort Lauderdale. No vehicle needed, Golf cart rentals are offered in the area or local transportation "Pelican Hopper" can help you get around, just a 10 minute trip to Galleria Mall.
Unit #1, this Ocean View, 2-Story, 2 bedroom / 2 bath Unit is located at the front of the property and is a mini paradise by the sea. Nightly Rate is for 4 guests but unit can accomodate 2 additional guests for an extra $25/day per guest for a Max Occupancy of 6 guests. Features include a breezy 20'x 15' balcony with a spacious seating area and great views. Bottom floor is the main entrance and features a poolside bedroom with (2) Full size beds, and a separate bathroom. 2nd floor features a cozy living area/kitchen and Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and separate bathroom. This unit can also connect to our Studio unit on the first floor giving it the possibility of hosting a larger group. Amenities include Free WiFi, towels, linens, robes, laundry facilities, and 1 Free Parking space located right in front of this units front door entrance. Coin Laundry nearby and additional public parking just across the street.
Building features a beautiful Shared pool with spa. Pool area has a Beach Shak which offers beach chairs for our guests to use. For the little ones, we have a pack-n-play, and high chair available for rent. On-site laundry facilities also available. Come stay with us for some Fun in the Florida Sun!
Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We provide toiletries, all linens and towels, dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and laundry detergent.

We follow all local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well as a clearly posted notice stating the date and time that the house was last cleaned and sanitized. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in procedures, but we are here for you! Important Booking Requirements & Information: - Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement. Bookings made directly through Maxima Vacations require a picture identification. - Self Check-In anytime with a digitally coded keypad door lock. Check-In time is at 4pm / Check-Out is at 10am. Early Check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee determined depending on the time. - Maximum Occupancy is Strict. Prior authorization from Management is required for any additional guests/visitors, $25/person fine applies. - Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required, they will call us/police with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests. - Absolutely NO smoking inside unit/home, windows/doors are to remain closed if smoking outside. $100-$200 fine applies if home/unit smells of smoke. - Pets not allowed. - During stay cleanings are available for an extra fee. - Baby play pen & high chair available for $5/day rental fee, prior notice required for arranging delivery. - White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding weekly services, such as pool cleanings, or landscaping. - Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $500 security deposit soft hold (not a charge) on the renters credit card which will be processed one (1) day prior to arrival. - Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee on any credit card payments made towards rental amount, or just 2% if paid by debit, option to pay via check/wire/zelle as well at no extra charge. - Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings also require a Signed Standard Rental Contract. - For all our properties and more details check out our site at www.maximavacation.com.
