"This place is absolutely amazing. It is the single best place we have stayed in to date on vacation with our young family. The place was very spacious and extremely clean, and the communication from Maxima and her manager was excellent. It is close to the beach and some wonderful restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is well-maintained. Our children are already begging to return and we just left! You will not be disappointed staying here in any way."

GREAT LOCATION! Stay here and enjoy being just a 7-minute walk away from the pristine Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach. Perfectly located across from A1A in the upscale family community of Bel-Air. This retreat ensures a comfortable and entertaining experience for a variety of travelers.

Spacious 2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom + Den private room, fully remodeled home is big enough to host up to 3 families and able to accommodate 8+ people comfortably. The contemporary layout offers the ultimate in both privacy and convenience with a bright, open living area for families to convene. Brand new flat screen TV's in both King Rooms and the Den along with a huge big screen TV in the Living Room to enjoy your movies, sports, and shows through DirectTV or smartTV applications! Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

New and beautiful patio furnishings (including a BBQ) can accommodate many around the pool area. 4 Tommy Bahama beach backpack chairs available for relaxing at the beach. Take care of your laundry with the washer and dryer. Relax in the fantastic backyard oasis featuring oversized 30' x 16' Private Pool and separate inground spa (extra $10.00/day charge for heated pool/spa during the months of Oct-April). Pool requires heating time, prior notice necessary.

You will also enjoy being a 1.3-mile stroll along beautiful Ocean Drive from the Beach Town Center which features plenty of markets, grocery stores, restaurants/eateries, entertainment, banks and other conveniences.

For those who prefer to ride, parking is inexpensive and/or Uber/Lyft will whisk you wherever you would like. Otherwise you can take the Pelican Hopper (a free local hop-on/hop off shuttle service) which passes by frequently and offers transportation to all that Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer, including the famous Water Taxi.

Room Layout:
Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom - King bed with plush hotel pad and private ensuite bath with soaking tub/shower combo.
2nd Bedroom - Total of 5 Beds! Two twin bunk beds & Two full bunk beds with a twin trundle.
Private Den Room - Sofa & Space for a Queen Size air mattress - this is also the kids TV/Game room play area
2nd Bathroom - Bedrooms 2 ,3, & Den share a new travertine bathroom with brand new high-pressure shower.
3rd Bathroom - Half bath with direct access from pool side and kitchen.

An Air Mattress, pack ‘n play and booster seat for the little ones are available if additional sleeping options are needed. High chair available for rent.

Booking Policies & Requirements:
- This property accepts back to back bookings.
- New Check-In time is at 3pm, unless there is a same day departure, then it would be at 4pm (subject to housekeeping availability).
- Must be at least 25 years of age to book. - No events, parties or gatherings of any kind at this property.
- Pool heating can take up to 1 day and spa heating a few hours.
- Direct Maxima Bookings require a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
- Absolutely No smoking inside of the unit, a $100 fine will be imposed if unit smells of smoke.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only 4 vehicles are allowed to be parked at the property.
- Boats are not allowed on home driveway. (Please inquire about additional requirements)
